To ensure that the recommendations from the State of the World’s Midwifery 2014 Report and the commitments that countries have made are put into action, we asked midwives what they think their countries should do to invest in midwives. We are asking countries to listen to midwives and commit to deliver the investments needed to reduce maternal and newborn mortality.
